Extending on our range of Cheddars, Brownes Dairy is launching a Vintage Red Leicester Cheese, aged for over 18 months. It is the only WA-Made Red Leicester. Made using the traditional Red Leicester recipe, this cheese is characteristically creamy in texture, full-flavoured and has a slight tang. It is the perfect cheese for entertaining.
