When does Milko deliver?

The Milko delivery window is Monday-Friday, anytime between 6am and 5pm. Please ensure your order is in before 4pm for next day delivery. We do not deliver on public holidays.

How will I know if my delivery has arrived?

You will receive a text message when the Milko is on their way, and again when the Milko has arrived at your location. We recommend you stay inside for a non-contact delivery.

What if something is missing from my order?

If you have received a missing item card with your delivery a refund and email confirmation will be sent to you shortly. If you do not receive this card, please contact us and we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.

How will my order be stored?

Please leave a basket/esky/cooler bag at your front door/delivery location for our Milkos to place your products into. We suggest using ice blocks, so your delivery stays cool.

Why are products missing in my delivery?

There are two possible reasons as to why something is missing from your delivery. The first is a product becoming damaged in transit. This can happen unexpectedly and at any time due to the fragility of the packaging. The second reason is an out-of-stock item. Products can go out of stock overnight at Brownes Dairy meaning it will be missing from the following day's deliveries. We try our hardest to avoid these situations so please be patient with our Milkos if this does happen to you.

What if my order is left outside/unaccompanied for too long?

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are either home or have left a sufficient form of storage for the Milko to place your products into. We are not liable for spoiled orders.

What if I want my delivery to come on a regular basis?

You are able to 'subscribe' to products when checking out and select the day and frequency. We offer subscriptions on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.

How do I contact the Milkos?

Visit the contact page to find our email address and contact number. The Milkos will try their best to get back to you as soon as possible.

I've made an order, how do I prepare for delivery?

Our driver will notify you when they are on the way to your shipping address. Please ensure that you have a laundry basket (or similar) outside for our team to put the product in for you. Our team will notify you when the product has been delivered. In this trying time, we have chosen this method to ensure not only your safety but the safety of our staff as well. We want to avoid as much face to face contact as possible.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery costs $9.95 for each Milko delivery.

We are currently delivering to the postcodes listed below. You will be asked at checkout for your suburb to determine if you live within our serviceable area. If an order is submitted outside our serviceable area we reserve the right to cancel it.
