Refund policy

Price, Payment & Delivery

  1. Product prices include applicable taxes including GST.
  2. Delivery fees are priced into the cost of all products.
  3. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless in the event Brownes Dairy delivers the incorrect product(s) that were specified on the order, or your order is cancelled prior to the date of delivery.
  4. Payment for all Products and Services must be by credit or debit card or any other payment method specified on the online checkout page.
  5. By completing the purchase transaction and ordering product from Brownes Dairy, you are declaring that you will be present at your specified shipping address to collect your products.
  6. Delivery will only take place once payment and order is confirmed.
  7. Brownes Dairy cannot provide a refund after 60 days from delivery of product(s) have passed.
  8. By completing the purchase transaction, you are declaring that you will leave a laundry basket (or alternative container) outside your front door so Brownes Dairy can place your product(s) inside. This is to ensure hygienic safety of our staff and to protect the products.
  9. By ticking the 'authority to leave' checkbox at checkout, you are confirming receipt of goods once they have been delivered to your door, and have given express permission for Brownes Dairy to leave your order at your door unattended.
